Interiors Estimator

As a Interiors Estimator you will be responsible for
• Estimating projects ranging in value up to £3m+
• Working and liaising with main contractors as well as subcontractors
• You will be part of a team of approximately 3-4 estimators
• Full commercial responsibility of the projects you will be working on
• Projects will be within the Commercial and Leisure sectors

Who we're looking for
The successful Estimator will have a background in Commercial . Having worked on projects ranging in value up to £3m will be beneficial. You will also be able to;
• Co-ordinate tender bid and pre-contract activities.
• Preparation of sound and competitive net estimate.
• Handover and presentation of tender bid to construction team.
