Having seen a period on internal restructure, our client now has a newly created position for a qualified accountant. The role essentially requires the successful candidate to provide effective financial stewardship and control at the the Cardiff site. The role will involve the monthly completion of management accounts to tight deadlines, development of standard costs and variance analysis, financial planning, budgets, forecasts and inventory control. Within the role, you will directly support the UK Financial Controller in reporting figures in to the group function. This is an exciting role for a newly qualified accountant who is keen to work for a large, dynamic company.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following key criteria:
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified or Qualified by Experience.
- Self starter with Team Leadership qualities
- Strong financial systems knowledge.
