Managing Director

As a result of the expansion plans, the company is seeking to recruit an exceptional Managing Director to take the business through the next stage of its development. Reporting to the CEO of the PLC, responsibilities will include:
• Full control of the P&L and day to day operations, ensuring that all functions work together with the main objective of maximising performance, profitability and sales
•Control of all strategic and related planning issues
•Management and motivation of a well established team
•Working with the PLC Board, assessment and analysis of new market opportunities

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a proven senior manager with an orientation towards driving growth within a multi-site business. Previous retail or financial services experience would be an advantage, although not essential for a role that will require an ambitious candidate with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record and ability to shape the future direction of an organisation. You will be an individual who believes in leading by example and encouraging a totally transparent, dynamic culture.
