My client is a leading defence organisation with offices in Hampshire. This client base operates as a separate company in their own right and specialises in offering Statistical and Analytical Management Consultancy to the larger organisations business units. The role of Interim Recruiter is offered on a part time, 2 day a week basis and as a newly formed role has the potential to be a temporary-permanent opportunity. There is flexibility in working days for the successful candidate.

Who we're looking for
Due to the nature of this role and the typical client base that they would be recruiting for, my client requires a recruiter who is strong in the use of internet and advertising to source candidates and look at new means of candidate attraction. You will be a strong communicator and will be able to develop strong relationships with candidates.Operating as part of a part of the team,on a day-to-day basis you will be be involved in CV pre-screening, liaising with agencies,assisting in the arrangement of interviews, interviewing as well as coaching line management and then managing the offer management process. A strong people person, relationship buildingwill be key to the role as will understanding and managing the candidates' motivations and expectations.
