Based in London, you report into the Engineering and Building Services Manager and will hold full responsibility for the support team.

Day to day responsibilities will include;
• Development of all aspects of engineering building Services (Inc, HVAC Systems, Chilled Water, Lifts and Escalators, catering, refrigeration etc).
• Project Management
• Quality Control
• Design Review
• Monitoring works on site
•Supporting the development of an accurate centralised CAD based drawing system
• Overseeing all engineering disciplines to ensure high quality and continuous services

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be qualified mechanical engineer to a minimum of HNC in a building services related discipline.You will have a good technical grounding through design or project engineering. You will also have a successful track record in a senior management and project management role.

You will also possess;
• Good Knowledge of Retail Dynamics
• Working knowledge of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance
• Excellent Communication skills
• Good Financial Awareness
• The Ability to Train and up skill Junior Members of Staff
