As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
• drive the firm's strategy relationship to priority clients and client relationship management
• work with the Sector Head to put together a programme of thought leadership to open client development opportunities•
• managing the CRM team and schedule of CRM meetings
• assisting with the drafting of service level agreements and relationship management protocols that outline how we will mutually work with the client to further develop the relationship
• Building a calendar of events and marketing activity
• Supporting client bids, tenders and proposals
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and have specialist business development exposure typically gained through experience within professional services. It would be a significant advantage to have an understanding of business and industry within the context of the financial services sector. They will demonstrate:
• Substantial experience and confidence in advising senior internal stakeholders
• Commerciality of approach to developing client relationships
• Effective time managements skills and the ability to co-ordinate tasks and projects through prioritising work
• Demonstrable and strong communication skills
