Business Development Manager

Selling into the SME marketplace you will be responsible for generating new business and identifying prospects within Scotland

In addition you will

• Work in conjunction with the Account Executives to contact and meet prospects.

• Manage the entire sales process.

• Form strong personal relationships with key decision-makers, make contact at highest possible level within organisations, as well as have multi-level contacts.

• Maintain and grow any existing client base.

• Prepare and respond to client tenders

• Assist clients in launching schemes.

• Participate in exhibitions, conferences and business briefings

Who we're looking for
Ideally you will have experience in selling employee benefits to SME's
However if not........
You will have a solid, successful and proven track record in new business development within the Scottish marketplace.
You will be consultative and solution led in your sales approach, ideally from within the service based industry

Full driving licence essential
