The interim Compensation and Benefits Officer will administer and develop the Company's offerings delivering expert advice in relation to compensation and benefits, ensuring people processes are maintained, and developed in line with Company best practice and legislative requirements.
1. Manage and develop the Company's existing benefits offerings
2. Develop compensation and benefits policies and procedures for the business
3. Support the administration of all Pension plans
4. Advise management/HR team on Compensation and Benefit related policies and procedures
5. Source, select and manage the relationship with external service providers and professional advisors in delivering benefit schemes
6. Administration of the Company's Career Life policies and procedures - including Maternity Leave, Supporting Partner's Leave and Flexible Working requests
