As the Project Manager you will be required to:
- manage, drive anddeliver on the Individual Budgets Project to timescales,
- provide training to existing staff on the Individual Budgets Programme,
- work across the department with the steering group,
- develop a resource allocation system,
- manage internal and external relationships.

Who we're looking for
As the ideal candidate you will:
- have an understanding of the Adult Social Care Personalisation Agenda and self-directed care including individual budgets,
- come from a project management background with a Prince 2 qualification,
- be comfortable with work in an unstructured environment,
- have strong facilitation skills
