As an Area Manager your role will be based in the field. You primary role is to continue the growth of the businesses in your patch. You will accountable for up to 12 sites in Bristol/South West, depending on your level of ability. You will be managing key business areas including:
Full P&L responsibility for your region
Recruitment, talent planning and development of you management population
Control and audit of all key brand standards and H&S legislation
Who we're looking for
You will currently be an Area Manager in your current/recent role. You will have a track record in operating within the branded food service and retail industry at this level. You will be able to demonstrate working knowledge of financial management, people development, and training within a multisite retail environment. You must also live in a reasonable commuting distance to work in the Bristol/M5 Corridor region.
