Your role will be to provide first line customer service support within a brand new office, 5 minutes for the City Centre. You will deal with a variety of different issues encountered within the growing tenancy market in Glasgow. These issues range from payment enquiries to maintenance and repair.
This project is brand new and is only going in one direction. Successful applicants will have a real opportunity to progress rapidly up the managerial ladder.
Who we're looking for
You will have a stable track record in high level professional customer service, both face to face or over the telephone.
My client is looking for people who will listen effectively to their customers, provide coherent and feasible solutions to their problems and also represent the organisation to the impeccably high standards they have fostered over the decades.
