• To visit each location at least monthly to establish, maintain and develop regular client contact.
• To work within the limits of the location budgets and client objective, maximise use of resources and develop business unit management.
• To promote high standard of food, service and hygiene in line with company standards and client objectives.
• To ensure that you comply with its statutory obligations.
• To ensure that administrative systems are operated in full.
• To ensure compliance with you and client policies and procedures.
