This major Financial Services client is seeking to add a Strategy Analyst to it's London based team. This major financial services player are looking to add to their pool of strategy professionals to help them with their UK and International growth ambitions.
You will work on key deliverables for the executive committee and the CEO around Strategy development and delivery. This includes analysis and developing analytical tools to support the strategy team and the business. You will also act as a thought leader on strategy and growth globally and write strategy documentation, perform strategic analysis to help the client deliver on its growth ambitions.
Further more you will also manage effective relationships with stakeholders in business units across all businesses and all regions to strengthen growth strategies, support innovation and customer focus
Who we're looking for
You will have the following skills:
• Analytical skills - ability to perform complex analysis using Excel and Access
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex analysis
• Good organizational skills and ability to explain complex analysis
• Financial Services experience
•Consultancy experience from a top-tier strategy firm
• Minimum 2:1 degree (MBA a plus)
• International experience a plus but not essential
