This role will sit in a HR team of 5 reporting into the HR Manager. Key responsibilities will involve:
• Liaise with external training partners to ensure that business requirements are met.
• Liaise with internal training partners to source appropriate in-house learning options.
• Support the HR manager in reviewing the learning needs of the business
• Manage the quarterly employee engagement survey, coaching managers through feedback and supporting them in rolling out actions arising
• To support line managers with disciplinary and grievance cases providing advice in line with employment law and company practice.
• Support line managers with absence cases in line with company policy.
• Advise and work with line managers to ensure that performance issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
• Support the Resourcing Business Partner with recruitment and selection as required. Including interviewing and advising line managers on the process
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a proven track record working as a HR generalist within a fast paced and professional environment. You must have a good understanding of Employee Relations and learning and Development as be a strong communicator. You will ideally be CIPD qualified.
