This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor from a Professional Services background to join an award winning progressive organisation. Your role will be that of a true Business Partner, being responsible for a division of the organisation and providing a Professional Human Resources service. Key accountabilities include:
• Providing HR guidance to Managers
• Recruitment at all levels
• Managing complex ER issues
• Providing advice on flexible working
• Performance Management
• Policy interpretation and advice

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Human Resources Professional with experience in a Professional Services environment. You will be able to work autonomously and will be a real starter. Own transport is required as the role will be based in the East Midlands one day per week and the rest of the time spent in Birmingham.
