The Change Analyst will work on a major project for the business in Europe. You will support the Change function by building and managing key business relationships across a variety of business units. You will facilitate the successful delivery of change management activities while ensuring consistent management of risks and issues logs. Key responsibilities include:
• Management of issues log.
• Drafting monthly newsletter for distribution across various business units.
• Managing customer relationships and maintaining consistent communications channels.
• Identifying areas for improvement with current systems and processes.

Who we're looking for
Educated to degree level, the ideal candidate will have experience in Business or IT analysis. You will have an understanding of project management and change management methodologies. Excellent communications and influencing skills are essential, as is an understanding of systems implementation and process development.
