This role is responsible for co-ordinating Graduate Recruitment Attraction.
The successful candidate will manage the recruitment, selection and placement processes and will work closely with the Resourcing Manager to ensure that interventions meet all requirements. The key focus of this role will be to deliver a consistent pipeline of high calibre future leaders to the business

Who we're looking for
Our client is seeking a highly corporate individual who has the following attribute;
• Recruitment or HR generalist who has operated in complex fast moving business or consultancy environment
• Ideally knowledgeable Graduate Recruitment
• Process improvement orientation and capability
• Able to work closely with the business and in building strong relationships. Has strong personal gravitas and is highly credible and able to influence
• Strong organisation skills
