This exciting new role will provide the link between the business, the senior management team and the HR Director. This is a full generalist position which will oversee the transactional HR agenda, include day to day management of a small team as they provide a full HR service to the wider organisation.
The role will encompass all aspects of HR management including;
- Employee relations
- People Management
- Training and Development
- Recruitment
- Succession Planning
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate is an experienced HR generalist who has had previous line management in a comparable service focussed business. Comfortable operating at all levels of the organisation, this person will ensure HR operational excellence is maintained and will most likely provide support and guidance to the organisation on the more complex people issues.

This role will report to the HR Director and will be based in South Yorkshire.

Our client has undergone a significant period of restructure and as a result wishes to recruit a new HR Operations Manager to help take the business to the next stage of its development. As a key player in its sector we need to hire a first class HR professional to ensure that people issues remain firmly on the organisations agenda.
