Two Managers required to assist in the management of the UK Consumer Risk business facilitating all regulatory changes, risk management framework and economic monitoring. Responsible for leading and directing a team of credit policy analysts.Working in collaboration with other UK Consumer Risk areas, responsible for ensuring all key risks are identified, controls documented and testing scripts designed within the RCSA framework in close co-operation with internal Audit, Central Control. To deliver regular and timely updates on the UK economy and credit industry through analysis of the UK credit environment leading to proactive recommendations for change to Risk Policy / Process / Strategy etc.
Who we're looking for
• Good understanding of compliance/legal, operational & market risks. Relevant experience in Consumer Lending Risk in an analytical / policy role. • Good understanding of credit risk function in Cards, Secured products or Unsecured lending
