The main purpose of this Berkshire based Marketing Strategy Manager role is to be supportive of the organizational goals and strategic direction, be responsible for planning to profitably acquire and retain customers while supporting our partners business objectives, including brand loyalty, customer satisfaction and earnings per customer contact. Utilize best-practice planning methods, data management routines and industry standards in pursuit of objectives.
To create and deliver the testing and media mix focusing on maximizing the number of membership joins and the profitability of those joins by constantly, developing, enhancing and leveraging the Group best practice.
Facilitate and communicate in relation to planning and scheduling through maximizing all relevant channels. Negotiate and present to Client Management teams and where required with the Client.
Who we're looking for
This wide and varied Manager role will encompass the following areas:
Marketing Planning & test strategy, Best practice creation, Campaign Execution, Campaign Database Management and Reporting
You will need to be confident that the work you deliver will assist with hitting budgeted member flow and ensuring creative and testing integrity is maintained while streamlining processes and looking for ways to cut costs.
Ensuring bottom line delivery of quantifiable support to business goals. You will need to manage across multiple areas to achieve metrics of success.
