The role will involve working with leading Financial Institutions on matter involving derivatives, documentary credits, investment banking, restructuring and insolvency litigation. The group also advises on overall litigation strategy in distressed situations and funding arrangements.

Who we're looking for
Must have experience of working with Financial Institutions and be familiar with the documentation involved in FS transactions. You will have worked in contentious matter either within a commercial litigation team or within a financial services group.
