Our client is looking for a retail Branch Manager - Leicester , You will need to be highly sales focussed for this highly regarded company. Your role will be to lead a motivated and focussed team in a changing, evolving and progressive time for this brand.

Who we're looking for
A proven retail Branch Manager - Leicester with a track record of success in commercial performance and also highly effective people leadership and development. The scope for significant progression within this business is a real possibility. As such you should be able to demonstrate that not only are you at the top of your game and ready to move on but also that you have the potential to go much further in the future. Financial services and retail banking expereince is highly desirable.

What's on offer
£25,000 to £32,000 + very structured bonus + a great benefits package.
