This is a position for aConsultancy/Healthcare company based in NW1, as an Office Administrator/Team Assistant. My Client are after keen junior candidate who is looking for the next role. My client are looking for someone who has had worked as an assistant previously so do have secretarial skills, in order to hit the ground running. The role could potentially lead to a longer term vacancy so my contact does want a temporary candidate who has the flexibility of going permanent.

The main aspects of the job will include diary management, travel arrangements, assisting the team in and administrative capacity (filing,scanning etc), invoices and expenses and any other ad-hoc duties.

The company is based in beautiful surroundings and are walking distance of Marylebone Tube Station.

Who we're looking for
In order to fulfil the role as Office Administrator/Team Assistant you MUST display the following skills:
• Has worked previously in a secretarial capacity
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Diary and Travel management skills (evidence of this in previous role)
The Client are really looking for a candidate who can be with the company for the long term in this secretarial position.
