Trainer

Contact Centre

Permanent ⁄ £16000 - £20000

You will work as part of a large training team to deliver a high standard of training in line with customer requirements.
Your role will be predominantly delivery based however there will be scope to develop the role and become involved in the other elements of the training cycle.
You will work closely with your customers to help identify training needs and recommend training solutions.

Who we're looking for
You will ideally have experience in a fast paced customer facing environment such as Contact Centre, Retail or Hospitality. You will have excellent communication skills and be adaptable to dealing with various levels of people in the business.
You will have excellent organisational skills and have a proven record in planning and be confident in delivery.
