Insurance Litigation Paralegal

You will join the Small Claims Track team within our clients' litigation team.
You will have full responsibility of your own mixed and varied caseload of Small Claims Track litigation cases; both in terms of recovery of Insured losses and defending disputed claims.

Full training and support will be offered, both via team leaders and sophisticated IT systems that offer in-house training and supervision. Our client has invested heavily in IT systems and a degree of IT literacy is required to enable candidate to operate at required levels. Previous experience of using case management software would be an advantage.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an insurance litigation paralegal that has ideally managed a case load of litigation files previously.
You will ideally have used a case management system and be familiar with the litigation process.
Our client is interested in candidates' that have worked in a similar role in a law firm, or for an Insurance company.
