The Customer Service Manager is primarily responsible for managing & implementing operating plans, policies, procedures & processes to ensure that the customer offer is maintained predominantly through stock availability, accurate data integrity & ensuring high standards of front-end service utilising & developing your team to maximum effect. To deputise in the absence of the General Store Manager. As a Customer Service Manager you will take part in a very structured training programme. You will be involved with all the store operation. Excellent progression and prospects are open to you if you perform and if you want them.

Who we're looking for
A successful track record in retail is essential. You will relish working in a fast paced customer focused, driven environment. You must be a strong leader who will be comfortable communicating at all levels. You will be able to demonstrate excellent management ability.
