Process and Project Engineer

This critical management role will lead plant improvement projects and provide technical expertise relating to both processes and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Ownership of a variety of projects designed to improve the operating standards of the factory.
• Problem solving ability to improve process reliability whilst evaluating and challenging standard working practices.
• To support and inspire staff in business improvement initiatives, including training and development.
• Support Environmental and Health & Safety obligations.
• Liaise and interact with the Aerocan European Operation ( including occasional travel).

Who we're looking for
You will be well educated (ideally BEng Mechanical Engineering Degree) with a manufacturing background related to projects and operations. Your communication skills will be first class, and you will be able to demonstrate the ability to influence and lead. Other attributes will include great attention to detail, problem solving skills and the desire to drive continuous improvement. You will be passionate about engineering and be at your most comfortable on the shop floor.

The plant in Devizes is critical to this operation providing a range of products for the UK and International markets in all FMCG sectors.
