This client is looking for Organisation & Process Change Consultant to provide advice to clients on all organisation and process related issues associated with managing large scale business change, or delivery of new technology, which specific emphasis on:
• Business process analysis and design, ensuring that organisations can demonstrate optimal improvement in performance through the introduction of new technology or major organisation transformation.
• Organisation design and development,addressing issues including organisation design, role clarity, performance management, organisation culture, employee development and reward and recognition.
Success is dependent on a consultant's ability to work with clients to ensure that the staff who are affected by the proposed changes. Changes to service delivery models, processes or technology fail when people do not accept the need to abandon old operating practices and adopt the new ways of working.
Organisation and Process Change Consultants provide the expertise and experience to help clients ensure performance is improved through the introduction of processes and measurement mechanisms.
Typical project activities include: Stakeholder analysis and management, data gathering and analysis, hypothesis development, data and process analysis / development, organisation design and development of dashboard reporting mechanisms.

Who we're looking for
• Excellent academics(2:1 +)vital and to be most likely in a social sciences or arts discipline (e.g. law, psychology, economics, business studies)along with some previous external consultancy experience is essential we are recruiting at all levels for candidates with:-
• Process mapping, process reengineering, cost analysis, activity based costing, lean, six sigma, are all beneficial skills and experience.

• Excellent client-facing skills

• Solid industry experience.

More experienced Consultants also need;

• Experience in organisation design and operating model development

• Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

• Ability to present ideas & findings clearly and persuasively and build credibility and trust.

• Ability to work collaboratively, in a team environment.

• Ability to demonstrate a hunger for further personnel development in process development

What's on offer
Salary £30,000 - £65,000 + bonus + full flex bens package (includes car at more senior level) + poss relocation if needed
