The successful candidate will work alongside the HR Business Partner to provide a generalist HR service, including the development and delivery of a particular business areas agenda and strategy.
The role will be split to look at the strategic issues within the department including diagnosis of business issues, supporting the implementation of change and supporting on issues such as employee relations, talent, organisational development and learning and development.
The second key aspect of the role will look at the operational issues within the department including the delivery of HR operational processes, supporting the annual payroll process, supporting the recruitment process and taking the lead role on projects.
There will also be an element of Risk Management involved with the role requiring the maintenance and monitoring of the company standards.
Who we're looking for
You should be educated to degree level or equivalent with the CIPD qualification. Previous exposure to either Financial Services or Retail would be advantageous.
In person you should be professional and credible with an enthusiasm for HR. You should be comfortable working in a fast paced busy environment.
