Learning and Development Manager

Reporting to the Customer Solutions Director but with a dotted line into the HR Director, this is a replacement role for a cutting edge Learning and Development Manager with a background in sales training. You will sit as part of the internal sales and marketing teams and have responsibility for identifying training needs in the organisation and developing interventions to support these skills gaps. This person will work closely with the senior management team and be responsible for upskilling managers finding new ways to drive the sales agenda. There is occasional travel throughout the UK.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a Learning and Development professional with a background in sales or sales training. You will have been responsible for designing and delivering training interventions to drive sales with a customer focused organisation ideally in Financial services. Demonstrable experience of working and influencing senior management teams is important. You should have either a CIPD, CTP of FPC qualification.

What's on offer
£40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits.
