Business Consultant - Business Transformation

The successful Business Consultant will plan, design and deliver multi-stream projects, and must be willing to provide an advisory role to a range of Business Consulting projects. You will be able to build and manage relationships with clients at board level, leveraging relationships to achieve goals.

All business consultants must have excellent client-facing skills; you will be expected to demonstrate experience of holding key roles in business transformation (organisational, process, operational, strategy), and will have theoretical as well as practical experience. Consulting knowledge will have been obtained from working at a leading IT, Change Management or Strategy Consultancy.
This role will involve working in the Intelligence industry

Who we're looking for
You will have an excellent academic record from a good university, but just as important is demonstrable expertise in a relevant consulting or technology area, strong client facing skills and evidence of continued career progression.
We require experienced consultants with a proven track record in:

 Strategic analysis to inform business decision-making;
 Business case development;
 Behavioural and cultural change;
 Operational effectiveness improvement;
 Organisation design, including operating models and governance;
 Business architecture;
 Vision engineering, requirements and programme definition;
 Leading a large work stream or consulting project.
Expertise in Intelligence will be of great benefit for the more senior level

To apply for this role you must be a British citizen (you can hold another nationality) and must have been resident in UK for 3 out of 5 years. If you already have security clearance that would be a distinct advantage

What's on offer
Salary £30,000 - £65,000 + bonus + full flex bens (includes car at more senior level) + poss.. relocation if needed
