Personal Insolvency Senior Manager

1. To deputise for the appointee in any insolvency, or the Insolvency Practitioner partner in any other procedure, and to ensure that appropriate cover is maintained by the department on all assignments at all times.

2. To plan the assignment in accordance with the firm's standard procedures and relevant statutory and extra-statutory obligations, and to confirm arrangements with the client, including likely costs and billing arrangements.

3. To supervise and control the completion of work, and to undertake 'on the job' training, development and appraisals where appropriate.

4. To ensure that the job is completed accurately adheres to compliance guidelines, within budget, and to discuss all material points arising with the assignment partner, particularly in relation to any anticipated overruns, or significant changes in likely outcome.

5. To liaise with the creditors, debtors and other interested parties throughout the appointment and to practise the principles of excellent client service at all times.

6. To ensure that appropriate liaison takes place with all other departments, and that potential client needs are identified and serviced accordingly.

7. To demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the company's specialist services and to undertake special work in response to client needs where appropriate.

8. To perform the company's manager review procedures, ensuring that points raised are adequately and promptly actioned.

Who we're looking for
To manage a team dealing with individuals seeking IVA solutions, to undertake the most complex investigations, to ensure that clients receive a quality service in all respects, and to make a positive contribution towards the overall future development and success of the company.

The right candidate will have a strong management background, drive and be a real team player.You will also be able to undertake Independent Business/Solvency Reviews (reports) under limited supervision of the Managing Director. You will preferably be JIEB qualified, part qualified, alternatively will have relevant management and insolvency experience.
