Temp ⁄ 12 months. Circa £170 per day. Possibility of a permanent position.

Our client, based in the Thames Valley is looking for an HR Consultant to complete the following duties:
• Coaching/mentoring of 5 HR Advisors.
• Take the lead in employee relations issues such as disciplinary and grievance.
• Undertake Adhoc TUPE projects as required.

Who we're looking for
The successful HR Consultant will posses the following qualities:
• A proven history of leading Adhoc TUPE projects.
• Up to date knowledge of employee legislation.
• An ability tolead projects with strict deadlines.
• CIPD is preferred.
• Possible travel to the Midlands is required.
