Interim HR Advisor

A unique role has arisen for a HR Advisor who will be responsible for working closely with a small team. Duties will include supporting the training function and carrying out personal development reviews, Succession planning and assisting with internal communications.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a variety of groups. Due to the nature of this role negotiation and influencing skills are important. Experience working in a multisite environment is desirable.

About our client
Our client are a large organisation within the engineering field. This particular role will be based within the High Wycombe area of Buckinghamshire.
