To support the Head of Risk and the Bancassurance Risk Team:

• To raise awareness of risk management across Bancassurance through the provision of training and ongoing awareness sessions with business risk champions.
• To develop and challenge risk profiles with the Business to ensure they accurately reflect risk.
• To investigate loss events to ensure root causes, including control failures, are identified and follow up actions acted on.
• To proactively engage in resolving risk issues and where necessary, ensuring that the appropriate individuals are taking responsibility for the issues.
• To manage the Notifiable Event process within Bancassurance and to assist the Business with identification, monitoring and resolution.
• To deliver reports required by Retail and Group.
• To implement changes to risk management process as required.

Who we're looking for
• Business/operational experience<BR>• Clear track record of delivery
• Experience of operating within Banking industry
• Proven ability to develop relationships with internal / external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
