The primary purpose of the role is to take accountability for the clients' multi-channel propositions & solutions. Delivering concept & project development, functional specifications, & marketing insight.
The role & function supports the 'Voice of the Customer' withinthe companyand the accountability to provide Campaign solutions for clients. This will be delivered through the excellent facilitation of sales requirements through to the successful implementation of all designated campaigns through Account Management.
The role will include:
• Management of first class internal stakeholder relations
• Support of all Client Marketing Campaigns
• Direct support to Sales Team for Marketing Campaigns/Projects including concept, development & execution to agreed client requirements
• Support Bid Management on key projects
• Campaign solution design & specifications for multi-channel campaign/projects.
• Project Management of service implementation as applicable through Account Management
• Interpretation & recommendations of campaigns, managing expectations, responses & analytics
• Management of Vendors/Supplier solutions with data
• Delivery of weekly & monthly reports to agreed standards.
• Support Client Reviews periodically to meet expectations
• Provide training and awareness to Sales & Account Mgt on Campaign Mgt
Who we're looking for
• Experience within Marketing Services, Customer Services, Campaign Marketing, and/or Data/Direct Marketing industries is essential
• Experience & knowledge of managing complex data led solutions within a multi-channel environment.
• Experience & understanding of enhancing the client business objectives and performance targets.
• Demonstrate excellent communication & presentation skills
• Demonstrate Client Campaign/Project Mgt capabilities
• Possess IT & data management competence.
• Knowledge of Project Mgt & Marketing Campaigns.
