Due to an exciting major expansion project, our client has a great opportunity for Commercial manager to set up and lead the contracts process in it's Bristol team.This quasi-legal role will be responsible for interfacing and highlighting with the business what it's contractual obligations are, to negotiate terms and conditions, to participate in the bidding process when necessary and to manage and maintain the company order book.

Who we're looking for
Our Clients are looking for a Commercial manager who has experience of:
• Commercial and risk advice
• Contract management
• High level negotiation
• communication and presentation skills
• project review reporting
