•This role exists within the integrated Property Team responsible for Category Management of areas such as CAPEX, office services, estates and facilities management. You will be expected to travel between client sites ensuring key stakeholders are identified, collaborative relationships are formed and that service performance if maintained and improved making sure that the category plan is delivered. The role is not just about doing a deal but more about adding value and looking at global initiatives and tenders. You will take the lead in selecting suppliers to meet targets and will help to identify and implement improvements within the category.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have experience and skills in the following areas:
• You will be capable of working autonomously but developing relationships and working closely with other members of the team to ensure a professional service is delivered to customers
• Knowledge and proven track record in procurement and commodity strategies.
• Ideally from large or blue chip business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with problem solving skills.
• Experience in procurement change would be advantageous.
