Reporting to the group Commercial Manager assigned to a PFI schools contract.
Responsible for costing changes to the schools fabric, mitigation of penalties, agreeing and calculating financial penalties, reporting on damage.
Commercial management of subcontractors from tendering through to performance management.

Who we're looking for
• Sound knowledge of Financial Planning & Forecasting as well asBudgetary Control
• PreviousProject costing and Commercial pricing experience
• Successful track record in building relationships
