Leading Insurance & Investments player seeks Project Manager to join Business Transformation team in Reading office.
The Project Manager sits within the overall Business Transformation team focussing on Transformation Delivery of key business focussed change projects. You will initiate, scope and run the projects on a day to day basis, defining the deliverables and ensuring they are delivered to time, budget and cost constraints. The projects will involve business critical initiatives that need to be implemented quickly and effectively across the business and range from £100k-3m incost and benefits up to £5m.There will be instances of project turnaround as well as a significant amount of stakeholder management, often in challenging situations. You will be responsible for a project team of up to 20 people; managing and motivating and shaping the team.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have proven Project Management experience withina business environment (not IT).
You will:
• have personally managed the delivery of 4+ projects with budgets exceeding £100k
• have managed projects and other project managers/business analysts- at least 3 on one project
• have good understanding and proven use of project planning processes and methodologies
• be able to manage stakeholders effectively
• be able to influence at a senior level and have superb communication skills
