-Behavioural Change Management - implementing new ways of working, communication and stakeholder management
-Talent Development - creating talent management strategies and designing learning and development solutions
-Organisation Development - advising and implementing on organisation re-design, including cultural change and designing new performance management and reward processes
-HR Transformation and Optimisation - working with HR departments to deliver more effective and efficient delivery of people services. This advisory is on of the fastest growing areas in the organisation and this has led to a position for an Advisor with proven experience in HR Transformation and Optimisation, focusing on the Financial Services sector.
Who we're looking for
-Track record of successful delivery of HR Transformation / optimization programmes;
- Substantial experience working within a leading advisory practice;
- Proven experience in the delivery of projects in the following areas; HR target operating model design, HR shared service centre design and cost optimization,HR outsourcing strategy evaluation and / or implementation, HR capability assessment and development, HR process design and optimization, HR business case development and benefits realisation in behavioural change management.
- Financial Sector industry experience in Retail Banking, Insurance or Capital Markets;
- HR Transformation expertise and understanding of leading/emerging practices
