The e-Marketing Channel Manager will be based in Chester and the primary aim of their role will be to support and grow the online channels for acquisition marketing. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience from the initial enquiry process, creative development and media marketing plan across a suite of products and portfolios.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and implementation of Online marketing campaigns. The associate will manage the development of online advertising, email, affiliates, search and other online activity. They will manage the relationships with key external and internal partners. This person will also work closely to ensure we recruit and grow profitable customers.
Who we're looking for
The successful E-Marketing Channel Manager will be based in Chester and be able to:
• Formulate and implement online strategy to prove a clear ROI on marketing
• Manage all components of online marketing across a number of products and brands
• Liaise with appointed media agency to deliver 3rd party campaigns to drive profitable acquisitions
• Develop and execute media plans within budget
• Monitor activity results and report performance against plan, ensuring that campaigns are fully optimised
• Schedule, manage and control the creative development of all campaign components on time to meet agreed distribution and live dates
