New position for a construction solicitor to join the Birmingham office of a top national firm. Although the team traditionally handle a higher volume of contentious disputes, they have recently experienced an increasing amount of non-contentious matters, and are consequently looking for a non-contentious solicitor.
The position will offer the opportunity for direct contact with some of the team's key clients including contractors, professional parties and developers. Caseload will include:
• Drafting contractual documentation for major projects
• PPP work
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of construction matters including managing disputes.
