Deliver, through centralised and non-centralised teams the capacity for complaint and feedback management which will ensure robustness, flexibility and efficiency for Abbey as well as fairness, consistency and impartiality for customers.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for people at the top of the pile. You must be a high achiever and must be successfully achieving all of your KPIs. Sitting in the bottom half of a league table is not acceptable to this company. Our client's vacancy is for a high profile Business Manager in this South West region and to that end you must be able to demonstrate high levels of:
• Commerciality
• Sales achievement
• Customer service delivery
• Compliance and operational risk management
This is a high level role that demands organisation skills and strong management ability. You will come from a banking role already and be looking to manage this area and improve current performance. You will be an achiever and you will be able to demonstrate this in an interview.
About our client
