Fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded pensions team in a leading Offshore law firm. The role can be based from either their Guernsey or Jersey practice.
The Pensions Team provides advice to:
• public and private sector employers
• trustees and financial institutions
They advise on setting up new pension schemes in the Channel Islands for local, internationally mobile and expatriate employees.
In addition they undertake pensions aspects of sales of companies and businesses and corporate reconstructions and pensions related litigation, including recovering pension scheme assets.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record ideally gained in a top City, Regional or other Offshore firm.
Your professional achievements will be backed up by a strong academic profile. You will be committed to an international Offshore career and able to relocate to the Channel Islands within a normal notice period. Candidates must be common law qualified
