The Funds and Private Equity Team acts for leading asset managers, financial institutions and international law firms, advising on the establishment of all types of funds, and the promotion and ongoing administration of investment funds. We acted in the establishment of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange and can advise on all aspects of listing on it.
Who we're looking for
Candidates must have solid funds and private equity experience and be ready for the challenge of working in one of the most highly regarded firms worldwide. Also, candidates must have excellent communication skills, self-motivated and work well whilst under pressure. Candidates must be common law qualified
