This exciting opportunity to work for this Peterborough based charity focuses on the maintenance and preparation of statutory accounts, maintaining strong financial controls and overseeing specific accounting activities. More specific duties include:-
• Leading the production of the organisation's annual report
• Implementing IFRS standards
• Completing statutory returns
• Managing internal and external business relationships
• Monitoring the quality of financial controls
• Providing advise on VAT matters
• Reviewing and improving processes and procedures
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality of data

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with working knowledge of IFRS standards and statutory accounting.
