Reporting the Head of HR for the this key subsidiary. You will act as a lead on high profile people related projects in a context of change. You will be immersed in the following:
• Senior stake holder management.
• Recruitment strategy.
• Management / talent development
•Organisation design.
• Performance Development
• Succession planning
