Finance Litigation Associate

Candidate will be involved in Finance Litigation, involved in three area within this large team, [1] Mortgage repossession [2] Debt [3] Sales. They will be involved in the pure Finance sector.
Asset Finance work will involve defendant work; return of goods action, incorrect purchases, etc
General Banking; insolvency, guarantees, miss-representation - all of which is reporting back to the Clients - the Banks
Invoice Finance; fraud, dealing with insolvency litigation

Who we're looking for
Candidate must have a very strong background in Finance Litigation, professional negligence experience could also be an advantage.
Candidate that can cover at least two areas out of the threeof the above will be considered [mortgage market experience however is essential]
The role is very challenging and is all about maintaining and growing Client relationships, contact is essential and key. Majority of Clients are not in the Birmingham area and therefore the candidate must be prepared to be flexible.
Supervisory experience is also important, making sure that teams are working towards their key objectives.
