As a multidisciplinary organisation, health and safety is a fundamental requirement of our designs not only during construction but also for those using and maintaining a building during its life cycle. We have an award-winning system that allows designers to address these often complex issues. Reporting to the Health and Safety Director, the job holder is responsible for all aspects of occupational health and safety, ensuring that all our staff are aware of and trained in the implication of the CDM regulations.

Who we're looking for
The successful Health & Safety Manager will need to demonstrate the following:

• Provide advice on all health, safety and sustainability issues and assist in the development of suitable objectives and targets.
• You will be a qualified Health & Safety professional with experience of overseeing the Health & Safety of building projects up to £10m.
• Develop and deliver induction and ongoing CDM, health and safety and sustainability training to all staff.
• Keep up to date with all relevant legislation and advise the management teams of its implications.
• Develop policy and implement procedures in line with all relevant legislation.
